NCTCOG offers two License Agreement options
to provide flexibility to communities while not adversely impacting
the integrity of the Manual. Communities have the option of
adopting the iSWM™ Design Manual for Site Development
under the full License Agreement or the Limited Use Agreement
for those communities needing to adopt the Manual in phases
rather than adopting the entire Manual at the outset.
The iSWM™ Design Manual for Site Development was funded
by approximately 60 local governments that participated in the
cost share program for one or more years during the four years
of development (2003 to 2006). To create equity with those cities
and counties that participated in the development of the Manual,
the NCTCOG’s Public Works Council has determined that
local governments must contribute the equivalent of two year’s
cost share to utilize the Design Manual for Site Development.

License Agreement, please select your entity from the list below.
